word from the Lord

Katya, I have put so much into you, it needs perfection and maturity on your part. My seeds have been choked by worry and leisure time. Take up the time to study My Law, My Grace, My Obedience. I will make your shoes walk in total freedom of My Spirit. I may close the well for a season, but do not get weary, there is a true well of life. His name is Jesus, drink from Him and you will not be thirsty.

wedding preparations are moving forward

The Lord blessed us with preparations for the wedding!

Sam made SAVE THE DATES and printed 20 of them, less than $20.00

We have a friend George who agreed to be DJ at our wedding for $25.00.

Cindy Crume will be responsible for getting flowers for the tables. I need to give her details and money of course (plan to spend $50.00).

MEET THE NEED

Praise God for the wonderful weekend! Yesterday I mostly stayed home, did some cleaning, cooking and spending time with Patience.

Today, I feel energy to prepare for the time with Samuel! It is my joy to plan activities and ideas so that Samushka will feel totally loved!



Here is the thought that is on my heart: IS THERE A NEED?

WHAT CAN I/WE DO TO MEET THAT NEED!

Isaiah 58: 10-11 says,

...Spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppresses...

then... the Lord will satisfy your needs...

PHILLIPIANS 4:16,19

You sent me aid again and again when I was in need.

....And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

My mom had a vision of me this morning: I lifted my hands, joined them like holding a candle and then started spinning in a dance. She thought that it almost lifted me up.

ask, seek and knock

Yesterday, after Dove Harbor, we had a life group meeting at Judy's house. Joel led the worship and the presence of GOD just entered in so strong, that I hardly kept mysel ffrom going on my knees. Tears, adoration, and whispers of prayers were flowing. It was wonderful! The Lord even provided some food afterwords and gave me an opportunity to be a blessing to Sally.

I had a great rest last night even though it was only 6 hours. The Lord was able to give me rest fully! There was a sweet and engaging dream today, but I do not recall it now.

THE Scripture, heavenly breathed is from Matthew 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you."

Spirit gives life

Hello dear readers! I am astonished and amazed at God's work!!!!! This morning He is revealing much more about pleasing the Holy Spirit rather than our sinful nature. He showed through His word that Spirit gives life (John 6:63 and 2 Corinthians 3:6).

Live to please God in the Spirit : read Romans 8:6-8 and Galatians 6:7-8.

God is doing a teaching unto my inner man!!!! How awesome!!!

Park Place

This morning Sam travelled back to Bloomington; I continued to sleep until 9:30 am. The service at Park Place Church starts at 10:30. On my way to church, I found myself pondering: who am I going to church for? Am I going there because of the people or because I want to seek God? It is a hard and honest question. Most likely people played a major role, but I really desired for God to be the reason to go to Park Place Church of God.

This question: Am I a people pleaser or God pleaser? is on my mind for several days. The search for that dilemma is in the present moment.

The service at Park Place was really wonderful, blessed and great! Several times I lifted my hands in worship to Jesus. The song "Sweet, sweet Spirit" reminded of my mother and connected in worship to God. The sermon by David Markle was amazing! He preached from 2 Corinthians 5 about the fact that in Christ God creates new! I felt and heard Jesus Christ being exalted in this morning worship service. I usuallly watch for any indiciation to our Lord Jesus Christ! After the service, for some good reason, I greeted and was welcomed by many people. One person told me thanks for leading worship on Tuesday chapel, another asks about singing at church, and with others we chatted on other great subjects. The people in the congregation did not look strange or distant to me, but rather as a unite of humanity.

When I came home, through listenning to the sermong about whether we walk before God or people, I was in deep reflection about that. Lord, open my heart and ears to hear what Your Spirit is saying to me individually and corporately. Help me to choose to please and walk before You! I repent for any reasons other than to come to worship You in the house of the church.

reserve sanctuary

We need to reserve sanctuary for our wedding on May 28th, 2011. In order to do that, we need to go to Parl Place, fill out some papers and put a downpayment.

this week in Anderson

I am back in Anderson and the Lord restored the joy in my heart! Praise the LORD! With the help of God and four good firned, I led the worship service on Tuesday morning during chappel. We sang, 'Agnes Dei", "Oh Praise Him", "Be Unto Your Name", and Alleluia.

I thank dear JESUS for also meeting pastor from South Africa, his name is Solomon. It was an amazing powerful evening at Jo and Dee's house! We had a great time talking too with Karen, Hellen and Moreblessing. God bless them all!

Last night, Sam and I chatted on the phone, it was great. THank You Lord! He is planning to come for this weekend. Judy Doty and Tim Johnson are going on a trip to Kansas City. Judy wanted me to go with them so much, but I could not :(

Glad and happy in Jesus!

I am in Bloomington with Sam. It was a challenge to be here, honestly. First of all, I did not knwo the rules and hospitality etiquete to engage with the family. But, they were so great, serving with the gift they have, such as cooking. I am thankful for that.

Sammy and I have an awkward silence, maybe due to tiredness.

So, here is my cry heart. Lord, clothe us with Your Son Jesus, with compassion, humility, strength, joy and like that.

We need you!

P.S. I had a dream last night after 4am. In it, I was going through a deliverance with a man from the spirit of abandonment. We have to forgive every family member, and to tell them we love them in our minds. Even thouh it was a man, like foreigner, I feel like it has to do with me feeling weird.

So, if the spirit is attacking me, may Jesus be victorious today and forever.
