Here is the testimony/prophecy of the Lord concerning my coming to the United States.
Today, the Holy Spirit in the prayer told me to look 1 Corinthians 14. Apparently, it is a chapter about prophecy. Wow, it surprised me.
Let me share with you what the Word says about the prophecy:
- But you should also desire the special abilities the Spirit gives-especially the ability to prophecy.
- But one who prophesies strengthens others, encourages them, and comforts them.
- But one who speaks a word of prophecy strengthens the entire church.
- Since you are so eager to have the special abilities the Spirit gives, seek those that will strengthen the whole church.
- Prophecy, however, is for the benefit of believers, not unbelievers.
- Let two or three people prophecy, and let the others evaluate what is said.
- In this way, all who prophesy will have a turn to speak, one after the other, so that everyone will learn and be encouraged.
- So, my dear brothers and sisters, be eager to prophes.
