Fire of God

Божий огонь для очищения - это испытания и трудности. « Вот, Я расплавил тебя, но не как серебро; испытал тебя в горниле страдания». Я пришел к Господу и спросил: « Почему мои плохие привычки продолжают укрепляться. И нет изменений к лучшему?» Он ответил: « Сын Мой, Я сказал. Что Я буду очищать тебя. Ты пытался сделать это собственными силами. Сейчас Я буду делать это Своим путем». Кроткий человек знает, что он не может сделать этого сам, он надеется только на благодать и силу Господа. Поэтому он стремится к взаимоотношениям с Богом, зная, что только через взаимоотношения с Ним он получит силу исполнить закон, написанный в его сердце. Затем Господь сказал: « Когда Я поместил тебя в огонь, примеси всплыли на поверхность; невидимые для тебя, они не могли укрыться от Моих глаз. Теперь выбор за тобой. Твоя реакция на то, что вскрылось в тебе, определит твое будущее. Ты можешь оставаться злым… или же ты можешь признать, что есть в твоем сердце, покаяться в этом и попросить прощения. Тогда Я возьму Свой ковш и удалю эти примеси из твоей жизни».

Season

My friend Sarah and I had a season of separation for a while in our friendship. Why? Because the Lord apoointed that time to work in our lives individually.



Yesterday, I receieved a gift from her- cilver cross! So beautiful! We also had a chance to talk freely about the Lord. We took pictures and had a great time. It was necessary for us to come in agreement in love.

I take my step to be obedient to Your word and follow Your precepts. Cleanse me with hysop and purify the inner being. Let me find the joy of Your salvation and bring me to the holy mountain where I can meet with you face to face in adoration and reverent fear.
I bow down before Your majesty. Be alone glorified and exalted over all the nations on the earth.

Continuing on the subjest of growth

Tonight, the Lord has been gracious to me. First of all, He dealt with me about having a pure hands and a clean heart. While i was praying and confessing my sins to Jesus, Kenneth couplend was on my CD player. Then I heard him saying, "Until you get some roots structure, satan comes instantely to kill it whil it is still a seed." He gave an example of a tree that he tried to dig up but he could not. We need to become a tree rooted and grounded. Kenneth Couplend continues, "devil is trying to prevent it. You are coming to the place where your spiritual roots structure is strong. The Bible tells about you that you are like a tree planted by the water and no way to dig you out, no matter how strong wind is. But you don't get there over night. SPIRITUAL GROWTH is slow but consistent."
Praise God , the True Living Word!

I love the Lord with all my heart, my strength and my soul. Amen.

Yeasterday the Lord has given a great day and most of all, He started to teach me about the spiritual growth.

There is a spiritual birth created by the Spirit. The growth of a person dependes on the Word of God. The Word of God increases the knowledge of God and the faith. Did you think about the comparison between the faith of a musturd seed or having a faith of God?

There is a mature level of a spiritual life reflecting the life of Jesus.

I am so excited to see the growth in me of Jesus. John 3:30: "He must increase, but I must decrease". It is a paradox when in the natural realm we grow to become wise and show of who we are but in the unseen realm, our spritual life reflects Jesus rather us. You can be an intellectual and grown up mature person but a baby in a spirit, and the other way around.

So, my prayer is that His Word in us may increase! Let us grow in the knowledge of God and in His faith.

My friend- Jenny Jung

Jenny and I had known each other from our first year at Anderson Univeristy. Both of our first impressions were different from now. I don't think that we even liked each other because we had diverse interests, especially related to faith! The next year, we became roommates and it was also a time of change for her: she became a follower of Christ! That time, it was a totally new person. I could see that she became more peaceful, loving and dependent on God. That year was difficult though in many ways and she left to Korea. During the time inKorea, she receieved the gift of speaking in tounges and learned to worship God through dance. This year she is back at college and we have many times together. She was an inspiration to me to love GOD passionately and simple at the same time.

So, thank you Father, for providing a friend to me and also showin gme what you can do with a person who dedicated his or her life completely unto You. I am excited to see where Youcan lead her and how many more testimonies will be done for Your glory becuaeof her faith in You.

the Lord is a fire and Jesus is a Teacher.

In the midst of our prayers, God is very sensitive to hear and respond to us.

Several days ago, my friend and I were praying by ourselves and then the Lord spoke to me very quetly and softly. His Word was touching but I also asked him to speak to me the word from the Bible.
So, He said to me that God is a fire. Thereofre, people are afraid to come to Him close because they are afraid to be burned. Then I pictured and remembered several stories in the Bible about Moses and three men in a fire. Then He said that He put His word in me that will be like a fire. I need to speak it to others and it will burn all the unnecessary things in their lives.

After His word, I looked up my Bible and meditated on a word. I realized that those who walk with God , fire does not harm them but it is there to pure them in order to make like a gold.

Jeremiah 23:29: "Is not My Word like a fire? declares the Lord"

Jeremiah 20:9
But if I say, “I will not mention him or speak any more in his name,” his word is in my heart like a burning fire, shut up in my bones, I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot. ~ New International Version ~

Before that word, He told me that Jesus is my best Teacher. I do not know why He said that until I opened the Bible and seared the scriptures with a word "teacher". A discipline can not be more than a teacher and in everything he should become like a Teacher. If Jesus was persecuted, so the dicsiples. If the Lord washed the feet as a servant so should His followers.

I also appreciate that Jesus is my best teacher because I need guidance and wisdom to know the way to go and obey Him. This word about beign like a teacher has helped me to realize that God seeks for the disciples who will set aside their own ambitions and desires to be praised by men in order to put all attention to their teacher. It is the Teacher who shall be praised and receive all the glory. Praise God!

A dream about a good seed

Hi dear reader whoever you are, I greet you in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
This semester I had several dreams that I would like to share here.

The last one was yeasterday when the people around me were in a great conflict or even fight and then I spoke to them that we need to sow a good seed in a relationship because the bad seed may grow. I taught them there is an enemy satan who wants to prevent the growth of a good seed. The application for this dream I found in a situation happened yeasterday where my best friend and I were waiting for our friend to come to pick us up, but because of misunderstinding and miscommunication, we waited for a long long time. Even though we wanted to have a great time together, the situation happened that left us feeling dissapointed and unhappy. Well, there is also another reason, that I believe the Lord wanted to show me that troubles or an enjoyment of wordly pleasers such as shopping for us, had become a hindrance to keep the Word of God.
O, Lord, forgive us for being unfaithful to your word in different situation. Help us to grow mature in keeping Your word and sow seeds of love and goodness to each other lives.

Intimacy with the LOrd

Those who know the Lord and walk in His Spirit may understand that the way He shows the love maybe so unusual but beautiful.

Today I had a dream, where I had seen and experienced the intimacy.The love was so harmonious and beautiful! I had never thought before that sexual intimacy is great and spiritual. But this night my heart and my whole being was in love. When I wake up, I remembered how one lady worshiped the Lord and had seen the human intimacy. This picture has troubled her but the Holy Spirit taught her that this is the way the Lord has chosen to show how much He loves you and that your relationship with Him has taken a new level- covenant love as a bride and a groom. Praise God!
After this dream, I know that in marriage-sexual intimacy will be reflection of great love and communion rather than fear and shame.
